Some things to keep in mind when sending cases to the Lab:

Be sure to get a shade.

If you are working in the anterior region, be sure to get a pre-existing impression so that the lab can get a good idea what the tooth/teeth looked like before prepping.

A bite is also an important diagnostic tool for the lab.  If you take triple tray impressions, the patient does not always bite down properly.  So it just takes a few extra seconds to get a bite.  This could save you time adjusting at the delivery appointment.

Smile Designs are also a great help when working with anterior crowns. (ie. #6-#11)

Last, but not least, the working impression. (of course)
